How to get a patent on a black patent

Health Canada has approved a new patent application that aims to cover the use of the “black patent” – a controversial patent for medical devices that protects against certain diseases.

The patent covers “the treatment of any disease or condition that is caused by the use or misuse of a patented invention.”

It was filed with the Canadian Patent Office in June.

It has yet to be granted.

The invention could potentially allow for a cheaper, faster, more effective treatment of some conditions.

A spokesperson for Health Canada said the agency will review the patent and make a decision in the coming weeks.

“We have a lot of medical devices on the market, and we’re looking for innovation to help people,” the spokesperson said.

Health Canada spokesperson Amanda Lachman says the agency is reviewing the patent application.

(CBC)A spokesperson for the Canadian Patents Office said the office is “considering” the patent, but would not provide any further details.

“Patent applicants are asked to provide a proposal that includes an outline of the invention, a description of the medical device, and any other information that the patent examiner may require to confirm the invention,” she said in an email.

The company behind the black patent, Blueprint Biotech, was founded in 2010 and is based in Ottawa.

The firm has patented technology for developing a treatment for colorectal cancer that uses bacteria from the gastrointestinal tract.

Blueprint was awarded a patent in 2014 for its “black gene therapy” device.

The device was approved in November 2016.
